This custom handmade survival knife is forged from modern pattern-welded Damascus steel, created by welding 512 layers of higher and lower carbon steels into a single billet. Through repeated forge-welding, twisting, drilling, flattening, and grinding, the blade develops its deep, flowing twisted pattern—revealed through careful heat treatment, etching, and finishing.

The blade is fully tempered and sharpened, offering dependable edge performance with a hardness of 50–55 HRC, making it resilient enough for demanding outdoor tasks while maintaining ease of resharpening in the field. The dark wooden handle, paired with a Damascus steel guard, provides a secure and confident grip, even during prolonged use.

Every knife is 100% handcrafted, from blade to sheath. As with all true Damascus steel, no two blades are exactly alike—subtle variations in pattern and handle grain are marks of authenticity, not flaws. A high-quality leather sheath completes the piece, ensuring safe carry whether worn at the belt or stored with your gear.
