Handcraft and Processing Time
At Tales of Valhalla, every item is handcrafted and made-to-order. Processing times depend on product category:
Jewelry
- Rings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Amulets: 5–10 business days
Armor & Weapons
- Axes, Hammers & Swords: 15–25 business days
- Shields & Knife Sets: 18–28 business days
- Daggers & Knives: 7–25 business days
- Specialty / Collectible Weapons: 15–25 business days
⚠️ Important: All Armor & Weapons shipments require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery and are typically shipped via UPS, USPS, or DHL. Customers must be present to sign; failure to do so may result in return-to-sender fees.
Clothing & Footwear
- Viking Apparel (tunics, skirts, cloaks, corsets): 7–14 business days
- Shoes & Boots (standard sizes): 10–20 business days
- Oversized or Customized Footwear: 6–10 weeks depending on complexity
Armor Accessories
- Helmets: 20–35 business days
- Arm Guards, Bracers, and Leg Guards: 14–20 business days
- Belts, Straps & Leather Accessories: 7–20 business days
Home & Decor
- Wooden Crafts, Drinking Horns, Household Items: 10–14 business days
- Large Decor Pieces (carved panels, custom furniture, etc.): 10–20 business days
Customized & Personalized Items
- Engraving, carvings, or personal designs: add 5–7 business days
- Custom/oversized sizing: 6–10 weeks
Important Notice: By placing an order for made-to-order or customized products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these timelines. Cancellations or refunds for longer production times will not be accepted, as each item is handcrafted specifically and cannot be resold.
Multi-item orders may ship separately under different tracking numbers.
Shipping Zones and Delivery Estimates
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World (Australia, Canada, Asia, etc.): 7–15 business days

Refused Shipments & Restocking Fee
If the customer refuses delivery, fails to sign for an Armor & Weapons shipment, or the package is returned due to refusal, the following will apply:
- A restocking fee of 70% of the order value will be deducted.
- The original shipping fee and return shipping fee will also be deducted.
- If the customer requests reshipment, an additional flat $70 shipping fee must be paid once the returned package has been received at our warehouse.
Additional Terms
- Skip The Line (Priority Processing): Orders over $500 are automatically upgraded to priority processing ($69.99 value) at no extra charge.
- Shipping Delays: Customs and carrier delays are beyond our control.
- Tracking: Sent via email once shipped; please allow 2–3 business days for updates.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
- Change of Address: Requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Non-Delivery / Lost Packages: We will investigate with carriers and provide a fair resolution.
- Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any fees, VAT, tariffs or duties. If unpaid, and the package is destroyed or not returned, no refund will be issued.

- Responsibility: Tales of Valhalla is not liable for injuries, accidents, or misuse of products.
- Age Certification: By purchasing, you certify that you are 18+ years old.
- Customs & Legal Compliance: Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws before ordering. No refunds will be issued for items seized, destroyed, or returned due to customs restrictions.
