Tales of Valhalla is not responsible for any injury, death, or illegal activities resulting from the misuse of our products. The buyer is solely responsible for using our products safely and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Age Certification:
By purchasing or bidding on our products, you confirm that you are over the age of 18. We do not sell to minors under any circumstances.
Order Documentation:
You must provide all necessary information and documentation related to your orders upon request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if fraudulent activity is detected or to refuse support if you do not provide complete or accurate information as required by our refund policy.
Shipping Liability:
We are not liable for any loss or delivery failure caused by the recipient’s absence, incorrect or insufficient address, package refusal, or theft of goods after delivery. We will not accept responsibility for user errors, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color.
Product Packaging:
Bulky and oversized products must adhere to the carrier’s standard packaging criteria. Products may be folded during packaging, which could result in creases. This is not a product flaw. To reduce wrinkles and creases, lay the product flat for 3-5 days.
Customs and Legal Compliance:
Before purchasing, ensure you are aware of your country’s import laws regarding our products. Some countries may have restrictions or prohibitions on specific items. Tales of Valhalla cannot be held responsible for any loss of items held, confiscated, or destroyed by customs, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
If customs duties or import taxes are imposed on your package, the customer is responsible for paying these fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. If the customer refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund the full amount paid, minus the shipping costs for both directions. In cases where the package is destroyed or not returned due to non-payment, no refund will be issued.
