Shipping Liability:
We are not liable for any loss or delivery failure caused by the recipient’s absence, incorrect or insufficient address, package refusal, or theft of goods after delivery. We will not accept responsibility for user errors, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color.

Product Packaging:
Bulky and oversized products must adhere to the carrier’s standard packaging criteria. Products may be folded during packaging, which could result in creases. This is not a product flaw. To reduce wrinkles and creases, lay the product flat for 3-5 days.

Tales of Valhalla cannot be held responsible for any loss of items held, confiscated, or destroyed by customs, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
If customs duties or import taxes are imposed on your package, the customer is responsible for paying these fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. If the customer refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund the full amount paid, minus the shipping costs for both directions. In cases where the package is destroyed or not returned due to non-payment, no refund will be issued.
