This custom handmade chef knife is expertly hand forged from premium Damascus steel, featuring a striking ladder pattern that echoes the layered construction methods of ancient blades. The blade is composed of 512 layers of 4340 stainless steel and 1075 high carbon steel, delivering both resilience and razor-sharp performance.

Each knife undergoes lab testing and precise heat treatment to achieve a hardness of 55–58 HRC, ensuring excellent edge retention, durability, and controlled flexibility. The finely contoured wooden handle provides a secure, comfortable grip, making this knife ideal for extended prep work and daily professional use.
